Our staff is dedicated to helping you choose the right mattress by providing you with information in order to assist you in making a good choice. The following constitutes our 120-Day Comfort Guarantee policy for iTwin Hi Tech bedding product.
RULES OF USE FOR COMFORT EXCHANGES
If you are unsatisfied with the comfort of your mattress after 30 days, you may exchange and reselect for any equal or higher priced iTwin Hi Tech product that we carry.
We recommend that you sleep on it for 30 days to allow an adjustment period to your new selection (30 day window begins from delivery or pickup date).
Reselection up to 120 days from the initial purchase date.
Comfort exchanges are a onetime opportunity.
Exchanges are permitted for comfort only.
Any warranty issues are to be handled directly with our customer service team with the manufacturer of the mattress.
The policy does not support a change in mattress size from original order.
This policy covers only the mattress. Any other product purchased with the initial purchase transaction cannot be returned.
The Dump’s 120-Day Comfort Guarantee is not applicable to warranty exchanges, clearance merchandise, floor sample models, special orders, pillows, mattress protectors, adjustable base
All mattress exchanges will be based on original ticket selling prices:
If you reselect a more expensive product you will have to pay any price difference and applicable sales tax.
If you reselect a mattress at lower retail, no credit or refund will be issued for the difference.
A $59.00 redelivery fee will be charged.
A mattress protector must be purchased (from The Dump at the time of the mattress purchase) and used on the mattress in order to qualify for the exchange.
The Dump is unable to exchange or refund any mattress that is stained, unsanitary or otherwise damaged by you under the 120-Day Comfort Guarantee.
The original law label must be attached and intact to the original mattress.
